This thread was created with the intention of helping other members track down Vinylmation. We would like to keep this as updated as possible, so we encourage everyone that is able to get involve to do so. If you don't know the name of a specific store try to give a detailed description of its location.

Also, even if someone recently posted the same thing you saw, post as well. This will only further confirm the stock in each location.

Using the following form will make it easy for others to quickly track vinyls without having to read through paragraphs to find the information.

I would probably recommend calling either Walt Disney World Merchandising, DelivEARS, or World Of Disney NYC...They could probably find out on their computer systems if they are still in or not, although I haven't heard anything on whether or not NYC has received their shipments yet. FYI: This is more of an fyi regarding any vinylmations, basically eventhough someone doesn't specifically see it, doesn't mean they are sold out or there are no more. They maybe still in the wharehouse or stored somewhere where they haven't been put on display. Just have seen too many times that if an individual doesn't see it then they must not have it scenario, so I highly recommend you call and they can help you out...

AoD (DD) had 9" blanks as of 5/22, but I guess there's a good chance they've sold out by now. The lady I talked to said they were expecting to get more, so it couldn't hurt to check there.

When I was at Disney's Animal Kingdom on Thursday, I saw the 3" ones at all the shops that carried them (Serka Zhong @ Everest, Chester & Hester's in Dinoland and Art of Disney at the Outfitters), only Serka Zhong had more of the new 9" ones - Big Thunder Mountain, Castle and Epcot. No Crossroads. The other 2 shops only had Epcot.

At the Studios I only was at the Art of Disney and they had the 3" ones, and of the 9" they had Epcot, Castle and Big Thunder (no Crossroads), from the previous series they had E Ticket from Park 1 and Robot and Mortimer from Urban 1.

At Downtown Disney, they had Epcot only at World of Disney, Art of Disney and Once Upon a Toy. Art of Disney and Once Upon A Toy had Robot and Mortimer from Urban 1 and Art of Disney had some E Tickets left from Park 1. All 3 had the 3" ones.

I was really bummed that they didn't have any other 9" because last week I was there and saw E-Ticket and BTM around the park as well. We were able to get the E-Ticket figure when we started our collection a couple of weekends ago while there for the pin event. It's the only one of the 1st Park series we have right now.

As for as I know, with lots of CM who has confirmed w/ me, Crossroads are sold out. DLR can still be found in Disneyland, according to my friend up there. But I think that's selling fast.

When you call the mail order, they look up the items you want in the computer and if they have them in stock, they'll place the order for you from there. They can see which stores have what, but sometimes (if the store has just gotten the shipment in) the item won't show up in the system.

That's what I wanted to know. I just can't find the number to AOD
in Hollywood Studios.

As far as the Urban 2 pins go, from what I have seen on the OPT site is

DLR: 8/27/09 http://eventservices.disney.go.com/pintrading/pin?id=46371

WDW: 9/10/09 http://eventservices.disney.go.com/pintrading/pin?id=46386

If you look, they both say WDW as location, but the SKU #'s are different. I'm guessing by those numbers that the true WDW one is the SKU that starts with 109, because majority of WDW pins start with that.

I know the dates are not set in stone and are usually round-about but that kind of gives an idea for each park.

As far as the Urban 2 pins go, from what I have seen on the OPT site is

If you look, they both say WDW as location, but the SKU #'s are different. I'm guessing by those numbers that the true WDW one is the SKU that starts with 109, because majority of WDW pins start with that.

I know the dates are not set in stone and are usually round-about but that kind of gives an idea for each park.

Good find. I was at the parks when I posted that update and was on my iPhone as I tried for more luck to find pins. During my post, I was referring to the park 2 pins. It was my bad for not being more clear as I did not realize that urban 2 pins were due out pretty soon.

I went around again earlier today and once again found no Park 2 Pin sets on display.

Keep in mind that they're not still "making these guys". Any stock being sold online was ordered many months ago and had to be produced and shipped over to America. It's probable that they overproduced these particular sets, and it's just taking a while for them to finish selling through. I'm sure Disney will adjust accordingly for future sets, although the Holiday and perhaps Cutester sets will probably also potentially be heavily produced.

There's a link at the top of every page to "Where to buy" (With the current header this link is under the Jack Skellington vinyl). Pretty much all the locations listed there for the Disneyland resort have 3" Park series 2 right now (along with 3" urban series 2, clear series 1 and holiday series 1). World of Disney and Greetings in DCA have the candy corn vinyl (some others might as well but I can confirm those 2 stores had them today). As far as 9", I've recently seen only Urban 2. Tiki and bowling are everywhere. Ham and eggs can be found in some stores. I didn't notice any of the others.

In 3" only Park 2 available at all locations, but very light in how many were out. Clear 1 as well. Only found Urban 2 at Art of Disney and Pin Traders. No Holiday 3" at all, was told they are believed to be out in the warehouse and only what is in any location is what is left.

In 9" Urban 2 I saw Ham & Eggs, Tiki, Russian Mickey. I don't remember any Bowling, Sailor Art or Heart & Bones. And only saw Gingerbread 9" from Holiday, all others gone. No Park 2 9" at all.

I just got back from Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World and talked to the Art of Disney Employees and the lady told me this information is wrong. There are NO Holiday Cases, they haven't had them for a while, and that their store is reporting sometime early - mid november Holiday Cases will be available to purchase blind or cases....

Also all stores are reporting the same at Downtown Disney for Holiday Series 1 for early to mid November re-release.

For anyone interested my friend bought 3 Pooh's today at WOD (anaheim), he said they were the only Pooh's he saw and they didn't have them in the morning, but he went back around 11am and they had 3.

Actually they are trying to find a sweet spot where they are available for about 3-4 months.

Last for a year? I'm not sure how anyone could say that. They're meant to last as long as they last. I doubt that Disney has an intention of having any of these sets on the store shelves for more than a few months. If the upcoming release schedule is any indication, Disney management would love for the figures to sell out in weeks.

I just think its hard for disney to know how many cases to make. The thing about buyin cases is that people keep the set of 12 and sell the rest. so the people who are buyin the cases are selling individual vinyls and so are the stores. Theres just way too many cases being bought and produced.

- I LOVE NY Figure is SOLD OUT at Downtown Disney and she got word that it is either close to or SOLD OUT in New York City.

- BOTH Cutesters and Urban 3 should be on shelves before Christmas.

Hearts and Bones is becoming extremely hard to find. We only saw 1 Hearts and Bones when we park hopped and checked all the stores at all locations (4 theme parks and DTD WDW)

That and Sailor Art too. Those will be gone soon, the rest, are forever stuck in stores :lol:

yes the world of disney is a store that carries disney products from the parks. I went their last year to purchase a couple of park 2's they carry most of the items from the parks. Hope i helped

As of today, there were Clear, Urban 2, and Holiday. The only 9" ones were the Gingerbread man and ONE I (Mickey) NY which I luckily picked up (and according to the NY vinyl thread, they received 97). They also had 9" and 3" blanks. I'll check back this week for any Park 3's.

I've been to Disneyland and California Adventure a few times in the last month and didn't see any full cases. I was there yesterday and the only store Ieven saw individual boxes at were at D Street.

Just got back from a weekend at WDW. I didn't see ANY Holiday 1. They had them on display still, but not avalible to purchase anywhere I went in MK, DTD, Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Cutesters and Urban 3 were kind of hit and miss as to who had them already. Plenty of Park 3 and Urban 2, but I honestly wasn't paying attention to Park 2 lol, so I'm not sure on that one.

If you are looking for Pooh/Piglet at WDW goodluck. The GF and I hit up every single store at all the parks, dtd, resorts, etc to find him and we found only 1 and it was at Dinosaur (the ride) store in Animal Kingdom. It's safe to say unless they are hiding them they are gone.

Where are you seeing Park 2?? I was at Art of Disney today and they only had Clear 1, Cutesters, Urban 2 and Park 3. I did notice Holiday 1 was gone. And the other day when I was at World of Disney and Pin Traders, neither location had Park 2 out either.

well i know for sure disneyland in california has tons ot park 2 and 3 and urban 2 and 3,s as well as clears and cutesters. They also had a lot of holidays aorund the world tins and the 9" tiki mickey. so still lots to pick up. I think they hate me at some of the stores cause if there is a box with like 3 random boxes in it and they have another box right below it out of the plastic wrap thats full i'll usually try to blind box out of the full box instead of picking some from the left overs lol.

Yesterday at DLR/DCA there was a distinct lack of 3" blanks, we were lucky enough to find a nice CM in Off The Page who found 5 of the older; no box style out in the back. But other than there we couldn't see any on the shelves in the stores that normally have a ton of them. The only blanks that were on shelves were the 9" in both parks, and DStreet only had coloured blanks of both sizes.

Cutesters were sold out in DLR, DCA, and DTD as of last night with the exception of Toon Town in DLR. Other than that there were plenty of Park 2, Park 3, Urban 2, Urban 3 and Clear. Also, they had lots of 9" tikiman in most stores at DCA and DLR

When I was at Downtown Disney yesterday all I saw was Urban 2 & 3, Park 3 and Clear 1. That was all they had in the stores. And the colored blanks too. In terms of anything related to the Holidays they still had the Epcot Holidays Around the World and Gingerbread Man from Mickey's Very Merry.

Ha, well said. I live in Ohio, so I am right there with you. I told my husband I wanted to move to Florida so I could feed my vinyl addiction!! I am jealous of all the people in Florida and California that have easier access to the vinyls!!

Cutesters has been running very low in stock at WDW. The best bet is some of the resorts possibly. Now we were told at the Artist Party that another shipment was due around 2/8 so they may start showing up any day now.

Thanks Mouseman. She texted me and told me that she went back to Animal Kingdom this morning and blind boxed a Cutesters chaser. That means that on her trip, she's blind boxed the chaser figures for Urban Series #3, Muppet Series #1 and Cutesters. Talk about freakin' luck.
