So the calling in is pretty easy for a case? Do you just get it shipped to your house? What's the shipping charge on something like a case by phone?

yeah, it's pretty easy to phone in an order for a case.. i got it shipped to my place in VA and the shipping was $34.95

If you order a case from disneystore.com its currently $5 shipping.

It's great we can buy them online, does anyone know if their available at the disney stores in malls?

No. So far outside of the theme parks they are only available online at disneyshopping.com.
