 I like the guy that gets out of the truck holding a beer. I also liked how several of them couldn't even hit a 60" television from 20 yards.

Reminds me of some of the posts I have seen regarding Pop Warner parents this past weekend at Port Orleans and All Star, although I didn't stay at either resort only going off some of the reports and complaints those resorts received. Although, These people are not robots I can only go off of the saying Obi-Wan Kenobi would say:

I can't believe this. Its so flippin hilarious. I would've been scared with all those guns around though. LOL. He could've just bet his tv away for someone else to enjoy it, like me. LOL but then I wouldn't be laughing like I am now... hahaha

He's doing alright. He got a couple of the players to sign his TV and he's selling it on eBay. Last I saw the bid was up to $500,000.
Yep, we got beat. Yep, we played like crap. Oh well, 13-1 is still the teams' best.

Is it really? Wow! I wonder if the winning bidder with that high will actually pay up, similar to other things people have attempted to sell on ebay like the Michael Jackson funeral tickets (I believe)...Those went up to millions before ebay started shutting them all down, and I think they used two accounts to just auto-bid them up and shut them down. It may have been some other person with two accounts just wanting to bid them up like crazy, but every one that came on eventually was shut down after being up millions. Hopefully, The winning bidder actually pays and the money goes to some good use...

Well, Dallas seemed to have a played a pretty good game from what I saw, but on the other hand they are very lucky there was not another quarter in that game or just another minute or two minutes. The best game I have seen New Orleans play so far this year was the New Orleans Saints vs New England Patriots (Sigh!!!), keep in mind we don't get every game of theirs up here and I rely on the football newtork for repeats during the week. After that game, I was like if they play like this every week they can go 19-0, with probably Minnesota being the only possible breaker in the NFC Conference playoffs. New Orleans has really played some close games lately, and like I wrote above I was impressed during the New England Patriots game...Then when I saw they only beat Washington Redskins in OT I was like Uh Oh! Now, I just sit and wait to see if Indianapolis can make it to 16-0, probably will be the only time you see me cheering on New York Jets next week
If they play the rest of season like they played the New England Patriots I think they can win out, but we shall see as anything can happen during the playoffs. They will definitely need to raise the bar during the playoffs as most teams usually do...

Yeah, I can't find the eBay listing, but they showed it last night on the local news.
I HATE the Cowboys (I LOATH Romo), but they won fair and square. We were out played and out coached. To be perfectly honest, with the way we've been playing the last three weeks, I almost think we needed that loss as a wake-up call. even thought I would have rathered just about anyone else in the league beat us than Romo

What's wrong with Romo? He's done a few things I haven't agreed with, but for the most part he seems like one of the good guys.

I don't really have a problem with Romo - though I was hoping the Saints would go undefeated. On the other hand, I hope to god that someone beats the Colts. I hate Peyton Manning, even more than Brett Favre.

And see, I don't have any problems with Manning. He's a local boy who's not afraid to make fun of himself....plus he's hot! :D I'm indifferent about Farve....eh.
The only guys I really have a problem with are Romo, Brady and Roethlisberger. They all just seem really full of themselves. And I think Roethlisberger is overrated. His team-mates make him look better than he really is.
****Nothing against those teams, i just don't like those particular players.

I agree Rothlisberger is waaay overrated.
Favre commands too much attention. I know that the vikings are doing well this year, but it was a pretty terrible thing that he did to the Packers and their fans. He should have just retired for good.
I can understand why people hate Brady, god knows us Pats fans cringe everytime he does a GQ spread holding baby lambs - or shows up at the airport in a suit when the rest of the team is in workout clothes (I blame that all on Giselle). Other than winning, he's never really done anything to warrant the hate. He's never thrown his team under the bus after a loss, he always says the right things during interviews and he doesn't do 20 TV commercials every season to the point of over-exposure. I can't say the same about Peyton.

I'll give you that...I did actually gain a little respect for Brady when I heard his interview following the loss to the Saints. He was very gracious and seemed genuine in his words.

Hot? Really? LOL I am always making fun of Peyton Manning's looks, and has always thought he looks more like the little vulture from the Bugs Bunny cartoons "Ohhh, No Nope No!" LOL :rofl::rofl: Here is the cartoon on youtube and a picture below...

Hey CrustyJuggler, I know your a New England Patriots fan and not sure if you remember Tom Brady ever talking about this, but he has stated since entering the league that he wants to someday be a politician. To what level? Who knows, But it maybe some of the reason you see him always smiling on the podium and although Belichick does make his players watch what they say, Tom Brady always makes sure he makes every attempt to communicate as tactiful as possible. I contribute a lot of what he does to his future endeavor of being a politician, and he can practice many of the communication skills and traits now as an NFL player.
