Which resort do you think is the most romantic? From Value to Deluxe to DVC, where do find the best place to stay when it's just you and that special someone?

I think Polynesian is absolutely beautiful AND right on the monorail line to the magic kingdom!

I love the Poly, but The Grand Floridian at Christmas was absolutely breathtaking. I will never forget staying there for our honeymoon. Being able to walk out onto our porch and see the castle was amazing. Poly would be a close second.

Hard to beat the Grand Floridian for romance, for sure. My wife and I had a late afternoon tea there at the Garden View Tea Room last week and stuck around the lobby listening to the piano player and then the brass band up on the second floor landing. Very romantic, for sure.

Walking around Fort Wilderness at Christmas time when all the campsites are decorated for the holidays at night would certainly do it for me!

I think that the Boardwalk is! At night being able to walk around at it and having it all lit up. I think it has a very old fashion date night feel.

For me, just being at Disney World with someone I love would be romantic enough

My wife and I honeymooned at the Wilderness Lodge, and we still think it's the most romantic. The great hall has so many nooks and crannies on all levels, a couple can usually steal some quiet moments together. Plus, at night, you can't beat sitting and chatting by the fireplace.

Second place would be staying in the Mansion houses at Port Orleans: Riverside. Morning and evening walks around the POR property are beautiful with all of the Magnolia trees, and the walking path extends all the way to the French Quarter, which is another nice place to stroll around together.

I second Port Orleans, especially at night w/ all the kids tucked away... it gets very quiet. Hit the piano bar at French Quarter for some music and couple of cocktails then a nice lazy walk back to Riverside.

Boardwalk no question. Beautiful rooms and view, and just amazing at Christmas :)

Whichever resort we didn't bring our kids to.

But Grand Floridian is especially nice, especially since it is right there with our favorite restaurant -- Victoria & Albert's. Our #3 restaurant is there too -- Narcoossee's

I agree, it's very awesome when it's dark out and you can walk and around the boardwalk and get snacks and eat out under the stars. And Bay lake is awesome to see the Castle light up at night and watch fireworks for the room, or go to the Viewing area and they play the music that is in the park!! So it's like being there but not so crowded!
