I think its classic Disney park merch: the Disney character logo, peace love mickey, mickey mouse ears, etc. I don't get the rainbow, yin Yang and others though  maybe those were past Disney merch lines

I am familiar with most of the merch that this represents but it still doesn't make much sense to me as Park Classic. You say Parks Classics to me and I think extinct attractions. I know I am just being picky.

I do like the Mickey shirt and hat one. I'm not positive I would get any of the others.

there are a lot of rainbow merch (antenna balls and pins), but i still have no idea what the yin/yang is

True it's really like "we have these designs on other merchandise...why not just slap it on vinylmation?" but I guess that doesn't sound as appealing as "park classics"

I also think the rainbow was part of the original icon design for EPCOT Center (when it was still called EPCOT Center)

i hope it is, im trying to recover from making some large purchases of vms these past months..ill only pick up a few, love the one with the mickey hat..cant tell if that pink one is cinderella as Hatbox66 had suggested, but ill get it. and the last 2 on the bottom id pick up

I guess it's just supposed to be "classic" park merch throughout the years. It's an interesting idea. Like DimMak, I would REALLY appreciate this as a window boxed series, then I'll only have to buy a few (Mickey Ears and Disney Character writing, for sure)

Traditionally yes, but I doubt that's Disney's intention with it. That wouldn't make sense for "Disney Parks Classics". Not a lot of Gay Pride representation in the parks to my knowledge

there are a ton of people who wear pins and other merchandise with the rainbow on it. on another thread somebody referred to it as a "nod and nudge to gay pride without disney officially endorsing it" but Ive also seen some kids and straight people (at least I think they were... saw them with a member of the opposite sex) wearing them too..

I still think the rainbow one has nothing to do with Gay Pride (though in other instances it would mean that, just not here). They've had an antannea topper and a pin as ranbow but I really really think it has to do with the old EPCOT Center symbol. My dad has a shirt of it somewhere I think. If I can find, I'll take a picture and post it

It's being discussed currently. Look over the last few pages. Some think it's for gay pride, some think it's classic Disney antenna toppers and such (Epcot Rainbow Logo, etc), some just love rainbows and unicorns

Oh that is a great idea. Or maybe even something on the window box, even though those tend to be generic for the whole series. But yeah, something that gives a little more clarity for people who don't know where the original concept came from (like the rainbow).

I'm glad they changed the name; "Classics" was too easily confused with the upcoming Classic Characters series. I love these! I like the "mickey parts" one on red, it looks a lot better than the concept photo. The mickey shirt and ears on the different colors is confusing.....why would you need a clear vs red vs yellow? Excited for these!!!

I have to wonder why they have a red yellow and blue of the same design. (sorry I think that's blue... right? not clear? Just not sure..) It's kind of a waste... I thought the artwork was really cute at first glance, but now a lot of them just seem.. too basic. Not enough intricacy... The only one I see myself getting from this set is the one with the signatures. That's cute, and it reminds me of when I was little and I'd bring my autograph book to get the characters to sign :) Now I just send Phylers to get my vinyls signed!

Wow, I love the Disney logo one even more the more I look at it! In fact the entire series looks really awesome. The other two I may get is the Princess Carousel one, and the red clear with the mickey's gloves, shorts, shoes and ears. I may even end up getting the autograph one :mickey1:

Went to DLR D-street today and only picked up the Disney Logo and the Red Mickey Parts vinyls. The Blue and Red Mickey Hat and T-shirt ones were MIA.

It seems this set is finally complete and a lot of early questions have been answered. I ordered the blue ringer-tee (facebook exclusive) last night and received the red ringer-tee (online exclusive) in the mail. The ringer-tee was the only must haves for me. I'll probably end up getting some more down the line, but there's just too much coming out right now. As I've mentioned around the Forum, I'm kind of irked about my red ringer-tee. It is very pink. Is that just how clear red vinyls are? I guess I can't think of seeing one right now, but I would not use red to describe this.

Do you have a picture? The clear red from the Clears Series was most definitely a deep red.

I took a few pictures with my phone and the color actually looks decent. I'll try pulling out the camera tomorrow and seeing if I can get a better shot.

Yeah, still no good with pictures. Every time I take a picture and look at it, it's exactly how I'd like the vinylmation to look.

My best example for color is this first picture. In real life, the whole figure is the color that the hand shows up in this picture.

I tried taking a Shot with an indirect light source to get a better representation. This was what I got.

I still like the piece. I just feel that it's not what I bought. It seems wired that the online exclusive is one that cannot e accurately portrayed online.

Do you think the Character Writing one will stick around for a bit? I really want it but I didn't see it online.

I am disappointed with the "red" t-shirt vinylmation modnar24. This vinyl is not a deep red as pictured on DS.com or in your pic, I wish it was. Rather, this vinyl is more pink than anything. Needless to say, I won't buy the blue and yellow t-shirt vinyls -- I prefer rich colors, not washed out colors. :(
