Yes, that's right folks! Have you ever had a dream that included Vinylmation?

I did, last night. This is how it went...

I was walking into some store, when I noticed a pile of VM. I went over to pick a few up and then I noticed an opened VM box...

So I picked it up and looked inside and it was a monkey VM. I set it back down. Then I noticed another opened box, it was the monkey again! :look:


Is this dream trying to tell me something about my monkey VM? :lol:

I have, but they really aren't interesting. You know how if you do something a lot right before you go to bed it will stick with you all night? For some people its reading, watching a movie or video games (one night I played Tetris for 2 hours before bed and I thought of little colored blocks rotating all night long). :lol: I usually work on VN for hours on end right before bed so it's not unusual to be having dreams about it all night long. They are boring though. They are mainly about cropping Vinylmation pictures and resizing tables. Very, very weird stuff. :lol:

I was so excited about getting up and going to WDW to buy a case of holiday vinyl's, first day of release, I had this awful dream that when I got to disney they were all sold out:cry: It was one of those dreams that seem so real. Thank goodness it was just a dream.

Before I got any Vinylmations, when I was reading this website and learning about them, I kept having dreams about running into the Emporium as soon as I got to Disneyland, grabbing a box, and paying quickly so I could open it and see what my first Vinylmation was. A few days later, though, when I went, I walked into the Emporium and saw all the Vinylmation boxes and the display case with the little figures, and I just sorta stood there. It was like Vinylmation heaven but I couldn't figure out what box to choose, what series(es) to get, etc. :lol:

I was like singing the :happy:nonexistent theme song when I woke up. It kind of reminded me of a remix of the gummy bear song...if any of you know that song...hahah anyway thought i would share how ingrained these things are in my brain!

Two nights ago I too had a vinylnation nightmare of the opposite bend. Disney started releasing so many so quickly that my shelves began to get so filled I no longer bothered arranging the collection, I was just shoving the things onto shelves and tables to the point that they were spilling off to the floor and I kept stepping on them as I normally do the cat toys.

I had a dream and it made me sad. My wife had saved about 8 grand and got me a custom 5 foot message hearts for our Disney anniversary (we got our AP on valentines years back and re-newed every time now), well it was beautiful! I was in awe and loved it soooooo much that I went to get socks to leave (for something) and the message hearts turned into a 3"!!! I had this dream after talking to the D-Street CM's. I wanted to know if the 5 foot were available to purchase and they are! I'm obsessed with vinyls!!!

But my bf noticed there was a small label I hadn't noticed beforeand I was able to get the very merry gingerbread and osborne family spectacle of lights. Tuesday night I had a dream that I was at Downtown Disney. They kept on having great stuff in the clear trading boxes (like Urban/Park 1) and the CM just kept on letting me trade as much as I wanted. After I traded all I had, the CM brought out a Balloon Chaser, so I bought another figure and traded again.

Then, last night I had a dream, that I was at some event where there was blind box trading, and they had large trading boxes that were about the size of lockers which opened from the front and they had multiple figures inside. Of course the one I picked had no vinylmation in it for some reason, so I waited until the CMs walked away to look through all the boxes. One of the boxes had a Wall-e set, so I snatched it up.

They were great dreams - until I realized in the dream that it was a dream :lol:

Because I just did! I dreamt that I was at an unknown store in Downtown Disney looking through vinyls. I remember buying some Holiday 1s and then finding a Tin Mickey! Then, I ended up at Best Buy... where they sold vinyls too! I really did used to work at Best Buy, and in the dream, I was working to stock the store at night and was digging through cases of vinyls to see what I wanted to buy with my employee discount. It was pretty trippy... especially when I woke up and was like, 'Wait... what??' :lol:

in my dream, we were staying at some resort on WDW property - not exactly sure which one. i stopped in the resort store at one point to check out their clear trading box, and it was really weird...they had some kind of a 'self-serve' trading station set up, with the clear box just sitting on a shelf - unattended by any CM. you could just walk up, see if you wanted anything inside the box, open it, and swap out the VMs. there was a TS jessie VM that (for some reason) i had really been craving. but i didn't have any VMs on me to trade. so i ran back to the room, grabbed one i could trade, and booked it back to the store. when i got there, a little boy - probably 6 or 7 - was scoping out the trading box w/his mom and dad and he ended up taking the VM that i wanted! when he left, i walked over to see what he had traded for it, and there were some crappy little toys in the box - NOT EVEN VMs!!! i started screaming 'stop that kid!'....and my wife just kept saying 'be quiet...it's just a toy!'....

bbbrrrrrrggghhh.....thank goodness THAT was just a dream.....

We ended up winning. the LGMs were hidden inside mr. potato heads and mrs. potato heads, which i thought was clever. ("You saved our lives, we are eternally greatful")

so yeah i ended up with a lot of VMS!
