Disney Cast members hourly wage?

Does anyone know how much they pay Disney Cast members in Times Square?

As I know most retail companies don't pay very well but Disney I know is on a higher scale I imagine they are a little above te rest. And also factoring in the cost increase on everything because of it being New York City I can't imagine they get less than 10/hour.

I worked at Disney Store before and they pay minimum wage for everyone...well except when I got hired in the manager really liked me and this was like two years ago plus I had wanted to leave Disneyland without taking a pay cut so she offered me the same rate Disneyland was paying me which was a little over $9/hr. But most all retail stores pay minimum wage unless you are a lead or a manager of course.

$9/hr certainly isn't enough to make a living :lol: but it's great for college kids or those still in high school. In California minimum wage is $8 so that's what Disney Store CM's start at. As far as DLR goes, it depends on the position, some CM's start at a higher rate. I know Photopass photographers start at $10+.
