My wife finally got the vacation days from work cleared for next month and I'm looking to order my D23 Member Tickets for the D23 Expo today, but there's absolutely no information about delivery on the website (beyond that tickets CAN be mailed or picked up) and I had a couple questions first about how the tickets are mailed/picked-up. Since I know a lot of board members have already ordered their tickets, I figured I'd go ahead and ask here.
1) If I choose to receive the tickets by mail, what method are they shipped by, and is there any tracking available on them? Since the tickets cost several hundred dollars, I'd be concerned about them getting lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address if there's no tracking available?
2) If I choose to receive the tickets by picking them up, when and where would they be able to be picked up? Since there's a line hours before the Expo opens on Friday to get in, we'd need the tickets before then. Can they be picked up a day or so before the Expo begins? And if so, where and when?
