Do they do anything at EPCOT in Germany for Oktoberfest?

Maybe they feel like they got more space to do it in DTD? :shrug:

This is at Disneyland's DTD, so I was curious as to if they do ours at Germany since it is so fitting.

I know in "theory", every day at Epcot's Germany pavilion is Octoberfest. During Food and Wine, they also do a keg-tapping ceremony every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. According to All-Ears (http://allears.net/tp/ep/fw05/fw05d.htm), you can, "Join in a traditional keg tapping ceremony and don’t miss this opportunity to taste the seasonal Oktoberfest brew – shipped direct from Munich for the Festival!"

*Edit - I just realized that information is from 2005 (which is when I saw the tapping). I'm not sure if they're still doing it, but I'm going to research!

We were at Disneyland last Saturday, but didn't get a chance to see this because the parks were so busy we spent all day just trying to see all the attractions in the parks that we wanted to see! I'm bummed we missed it though, I'm sure it would have reminded me of the Germany pavilion at Epcot, which is one of my favorites.

So, I just got back from F&W, and they don't do the "ceremonial" tapping that they used to do. However, if you eat at Biergarten, occasionally, they will do a tapping for someone's birthday. I would ask when you make your reservations if it's possible!
