So I was looking at my 9" E-ticket and I noticed it has two left arms. Does anyone else's have this going on or is mine just crazy?

Wow that is VERY cool! I must say that all of my figures have the correct arms (I think?) but my Cruise Line Mickey has one arm stretched out as if he is offering a sign of peace--And he has not been opened! I guess someone at the factory having some fun!

There has been a 3" Teacup from series one posted on eBay a couple of times that also has two left arms. I've been wondering if it was real or if it was someone trying to get more money...I guess it's real.

Maybe...but I tend to lean to the assumption that they have multiple Teacup figures and just put 2 left arms on one of the figures. I'm very skeptical when it comes to things on eBay.

I have that TEA CUP that has 2 left arms. I never noticed it but my husband was taking photos and he always takes a photo of the little guy holding his card and he couldn't figure out why this one wouldn't -- then it hit him that both arms were the same. I kept it for awhile until I realized how many obsessed fans were out there so I listed it in case someone thought it was more exciting than I did. When I first started collecting I would buy a case to be sure I got the chaser and then sell the rest. Now I just buy a set and hopefully find a chaser that isn't too expensive.

Stuff like that happens. All it takes is one arm getting dropped into the wrong bin, and at some point, that arm gets put onto a piece in the wrong location. With some lines there are people who collect errors like that, but usually they like it when the case is sealed. (I.E. clear clamshell packaging) That way they know it came from the factory and not from someone who too many fillers on their hands.

One of my New Years Babies has two left arms. I thought it was a glitch as well. At least now I know I'm not the only one.

I was just looking at my America Sings VM and noticed it had two left hands. Is this common? if it isn't does it make it worth more (probably not and I just have wishful thinking)?

I've got a Snow White with 2 left arms ... we had a discussion a few months ago about that on this forum, and someone suggested that it cannot really be considered more valuable. If you are thinking along the lines of error pins, for example, that increase in value when the factory makes a mistake and they somehow get sold ... well ... since the arms are removable parts, what is to stop people from taking 2 of the same figure and switching the arms to make 2 "error" figures? See what I mean?

And just out of curiosity I tried to return my Snow White for another figure, and the manager at the store told me no because she could not guarantee that I would pull another Snow White out of the case.

So ... just enjoy it ... chuckle at it for its uniqueness .... and look closely at each and every figure, because you never know when you might get more factory defects to post about on these forums!

Demeter

Good point. I figured it was just wishful thinking. With that one I thought maybe it was on purpose to make it look like he had two wings. It did make me laugh a little.

I wouldn't say it's common, but it happens enough that the subject has come up.

Kk, well I have some of the worst OCD at times. I was scrutinizing my clears when I noticed that the cheeks were not lined up and centered with the ears. I kinda freaked and thought counterfeit! I remembered that I bought them at Disney, so I got over that quick. I started to examine all of them, park 1/2/3, urban 1/2/3, and my holidays. I noticed that some figures were lined up perfectly with the cheek outline, and some were off. Like one side the ear isn't matched up and the other side the cheek stretches back toward the head. Of course the design was perfect, but it was just the mold. Idk... Just wondering of any of you noticed this

My Ham & Eggs (Urban 2) has both correct arms; unfortunately, they're each on the opposite side, so he looks like he's backwards all the time. I've tried to pull the arms off, but they're not as easy as the 3" ones to pop off, and I'm afraid if I manage to remove them, I'll never get them back on!

thats so weird that so many of you have had this problem with the 2 left arms, makes me wanna check all my figures to see if any are abnormal like that. DO you guys like having tones with 2 left arms or are you pissed you dont have a normal version of whatever it is. I think if i had a rare old one and i found out it had 2 left arms id be pissed.

I've read on past post before where members have received vinyls with two right arms, two left arms, no arms. A member ever ordered the snowglobe 9/3 and the 3" had no head. Anything is possible. Sorry to hear about your little guy. Think of him as special.

I've heard stories of people getting 2 of the same arm for the Statue of Liberty Minnie. That just boggles my mindas to how it can happen. I guess it would be more of an outcry if it happened more

It seems to be fairly common nowadays. I actually bought a friend a NYC Exclusive Statue of Liberty Minnie that came with two left arms...so she can't hold onto the torch.
