View Full Version : Vinylmation fan from the UK

Hi guys and girls
I have been a long time visitor to these forums (well the news section mostly) and thought it was time to sign up and post a bit!

My wife, son and I were in WDW when the first VM's were released, we went to the Art of Disney in DTD and bought them first thing and my son was the first person to find and open the chaser! We took it back into the shop and he had his picture taken with it ... since then we have had to search on eBay (and pay over the odds on occasion) to complete our collection.
So if there is anyone reading this who wants to split a case of the Holiday 1 or Clear sets, not to mention all the future releases, and is happy to ship to the UK then we are the people who need the help!

Hello! I'm also a UK collector from Bristol. Much the same story as you but I missed Park 1 so have had to pick that up on ebay etc. I've spent a fortune on getting the sets sent over so have missed out on the clear series as I just can't afford it.

Glad I am not on my own from over seas.
Cambridge eh? I grew up in Over just outside Cambridge, now live near Nottingham.

I will try and get a picture of my collection up at some point, I am sure its pretty low key compared to the folks that have just a 5 min drive to get to Disney to pick these up easily, NOT that I am jealous .... lol
