I mainly wanted to start this thread just to keep track of my own collection growth. Should be interesting and I'm looking forward to it growing!

The start to my collection were all blind buys, but thanks to this site I've been able to put together a pretty strong list of figs to go after. I definitely want to stick with getting things that I find interesting and not just everything that's available.

me either I am in the dog house today....not really but I feel bad I got tailspin wed and nerds rock today and simba combo. Maybe I will make him is fav dish.

LOL...I actually got the "Maybe you should slow down a bit" suggestion last night. I've picked up 15 or so this week via Ebay and the Disney Store online, and that doesn't include the Pete's Dragon 9" I got of her as a surprise. :yikes:

I'll probably put the brakes on more stuff till all of that rolls in. :)

Here's our story. Wife takes a trip to WDW, picks up two Cutesters from the blind box. Says to me, "Please help me start collecting these". I said, in August, "Christmas is around the corner." She said, "I was hoping you would get me some before then." That triggered my 'collector' mentality and I started going nuts. After a month, she said to me, "I really didn't want you to buy so many. I was just hoping for a few I really liked." Oops. Last month she says, "I thought you said we'd stop once we got to $7,000." We're at $8K and counting. It's not all my fault, really! ;) Funny thing is, just two weeks ago she's saying, "I really want Cutesters Too, Nerds and Villains." See, it CAN'T be all my fault. I think she secretly likes that we've collected so many, but in her own way wants me to believe it's all my fault. This cannot end well :)

Keep up the good work. I was in the same boat of not having more then 4 VMs at first then within the last month my collection grew almost 10 fold. lol it seems to just creep up on you haha
