9-20-2009 Trip, Murphy/Fireworks Pics

So Made another trip (2nd this week) to Disneyland to check out Murphy finally and try and get some pics. Although not from the best angle they actually came out pretty good so Hope everyone enjoys them.

As an FYI they are sold out of Candy Corn right now, but they will be getting more in as a CM told me they aren't a limited # of them being made, apparently a lot have/will be made but only certain stores will carry them. I didn't see any 9" holidays inside of the park but they said they would be getting a few more, but as everyone knows they were flying off the shelves.

All pics were taken with my Canon Powershot SX100IS in case anyone was wondering.

It was magical, actually 4 our of the 5 people who went got one and I dont think Any of us had had one before, sad I know.

Yeah I know, I wish it spit out more fire, but maybe in the future when all the tweaks have been worked out. On a side note I heard a grown man scream out and loud and jump when the Peter Pan ship came out and the cannon went off, great night :lol:

Thanks for the pictures, as I missed the show when I was there the week of the Expo cause we were so exhausted after the fireworks, there was no way I was going to make a 10:30 show and crawl all the way back to the hotel.

Really enjoyed the fireworks show though, better than Wishes at WDW IMO :worship:

I guess Holiday series is selling better at DLR than WDW :shrug:

Yeah it sure is, I have been 3 times since the Holiday series came out and the 9" are never in stock and every CM is saying they are selling like crazy (naturally), but also the D23 Expo took a lot of them as well and were sold.

Great pictures! I waited two shows to see him this summber and nothng. First show waited an hour for it to start then 5 minutes or so into the show they cancelled and told everyone to come back for the later show. We waited around for the second show and he still didn't make the appearance. Was very disappointed waited after waiting all that time. Had seem better shows in past years. Hopefully now that they have him working it wil be a much better end.
