WDW Holiday Releases

Whats the method of obtaining the three "special tin" Christmas releases at WDW - the Spectacle of Lights, Merry Christmas Party and Epcto Holidays around the world? Are they event exclusive? LE available only on certain days, etc? I really want to make sure I get these.

We were told they would be available at DHS, MK, and Epcot respectively and be sold all day long.
