A Massachusetts man has died after being hit by a bus at Walt Disney World in Orlando.
Robert Krueger, 69, of Yarmouth Port, Mass., was in the parking lot at the Port Orleans resort at the time of the accident. He died at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Authorities from the Florida Highway Patrol say when he was hit Krueger was not in a crosswalk, and the bus had the right of way. An investigation was underway, but the bus driver was not expected to be charged.
Walt Disney World says in a statement, "We offer our deepest condolences to the guests' family and loved ones. We are doing all we can for them during this difficult time."
This is the second death at Walt Disney World involving a bus this year. A Florida boy was hit and killed by a bus in April when he was riding a bike near Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort campground.
