No, it is a bit early for Park 6 as it is. We just only are starting to get Park 5 out and the 9" haven't been released yet. Park 6 probably won't be released until March/April so closer to that time frame will we hear any details for the Combo pack.

A while back, Sledge said that there are Tuxedo Mickey and Runaway Brain combo packs coming down the pipe.

I'm really lovin' these "Mickey Through The Years" that they are making for the Combo packs.....can't wait to see the other designs!

Yes, it will be very cool to see them all lined up together. I wonder why they just kinda skipped Steamboat Willie, though. Maybe sometime in the future. That could be a cool D23 2011 tin. Would be awesome for a fan-ish thing.

I totally agree. I would have figured that would have made the cut before Sorcerer, but I'm not in charge of releases.

On a side note, and I'm sure this has probably been covered somewhere else on the forums but I figured I'd ask here anyway, if you purchase a case for one of these series that has the combo in it, do you get the combo, or is that exclusive to buying one from the series at the parks?

I wondered the same thing- but it could be that they are saving steamboat for something special. Maybe he was just 'too big of a deal' for the combo pack :lol:

The cases will not have the combo pack figures in them. The only way to get the combo pack vinylmation figure is by buying an actual combo pack (in which you are guaranteed the combo pack figure for that series and a blind box from the same series). Hope that helps :thumbsup:

Speaking of combos, are these only avaliable at the parks?

The combos from Urban 5 and Park 5 have not been released online as yet. Park 4's combo did go online, and the place holders have been found for the Combo's, so everyone is hoping they will go online, we just don't know when.

I agree! I think the combo packs are my absolute favorite way to blind box now- and I just love that they are doing the Mickeys from the cartoons- you can't go wrong with classic Disney :love:

Just got back from WDW. Bought 4 Park 5 combos. Did not buy any single blinds. Love the combo pack Mickeys. That may be the only way I blind box these days.
Bought 4 tonals as well. No single urban blinds. I guess that I am a sucker for a combo pack. :lol:

Sweet info on the upcoming combos. I wonder how limited these combo packs are going to be in the future? Plane Crazy seemed to be a pretty short run. I am sure that the newer will be more than PlaneCrazy. But by how many?

If you're wondering what the 3"/9" Combo pack will be for Park 6, rumors have it that it will be a tribute to WDW's dearly departed Alien Encounter attraction, featuring a 9" Alien monster (the menancing escapee from the main portion of the attraction) a 3" Skippy (the miserable test subject for the teleportation technology during the pre-show). No, Skippy will be in the 9"/3" set with the alien from the attraction. Runaway Brain will be in the combo pack for the blind boxes. They're two different things.

Oh I hope we don't have to wait for him that long! :eek: I hope when they do make him a 3 inch (I say when and not if because seriously we need a full steamboat figure and not just the one from the watch combo :lol:), that he won't be too hard to get. I want him next to Pete too, and his Plane Crazy brother :cool:

Runaway brain is a MUST HAVE. Steamboat Willie will come along I'm sure. I personally want to see a Fantasmic vinyl. Best attraction at the parks if you ask me!

I like that the possibilities are endless with the combo packs, I just have to wonder if it will get to the point where the combo packs lose their appeal. One thing I like about them is they seem special, but if they do one with each set it will start to lose its special feeling, I am mixed on multiple combo packs per year.

I saw a sketch of the urban 6 combo somewhere on the forums (can't find it right now) but it's basically a variant of the tonal mickeys. I forget which color but I think it's because I'm not a big fan of the tonal mickeys. Hopefully they'll change it up on future urban combo releases.
