I agree chemnerd. I'm nervous about buying online now since the 2 boxes for Sushi were terrible. They both had large box cutter gashes on the side. :cry:

I just got my Sushi the day before yesterday and was worried it would come in bad shape after hearing everyone else but it actually was fine. I hate how they put the stickers on the boxes though. Both came off so I am happy with a nice boxed Sushi vinyl.

While TS is a popular series, I don't think it will be sold out anytime soon.

I did not see them in the parks but I heard World of Disney at WDW had them in.

They were all over DL. I don't see them being gone too soon, but the CM did say in just about every store they open at least 5-15 cases a day. So they are selling pretty fast.

Yes, the initial release date was the 8th. It then got pushed back a week to the 15th. That's why I really didn't think the vinylmation team would do this to us again, but it looks like it might be that way. We'll have to wait and see.

You are not the only one that is getting tired of this waiting game. I too have been waiting and waiting and waiting to get this series ever since it was surprisingly released at the Disney Store in California. I get my hopes up every time we get a supposed online release date only to be disappointed when it doesn't show up online. I don't think that this series won't show up at ds.com at all, though. I just think there is poor communication with the people who run ds.com and the vinylmation team, which is perhaps why there have been so many failed released dates. I think the series will definitely show up online at some point, the question just is when.

Steven, I have a question for you regarding the Vinylmation Toy Story 3″ series being released on the Disney Parks Online Store. You originally said this series would be released online on Sept. 8th. Then you said that it was delayed a week and would be released on Sept. 15th. Well, today is Sept. 15th and the Toy Story 3″ series is still not up on the Disney Parks Online Store. When will this series finally be available for purchase online? What’s going on? PLEASE HELP!

@Kevin – The 3″-Figures were recently released at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. They will be sold on-line (eventually it seems) at our on-line store http://www.DisneyParks.com/Store

So it appears that there must has been a delay with the product being shipped to DS.com warehouse :shrug: but I would check checking Steven Millers recent blog, here is the link

@Lauren – The On-line team (and I) apologize again for the confusion. From what I can tell, the 3″-figures should go live within the next few days (perhaps tomorrow, Sept 17). Typically, new Vinylmation items are added to the on-line store on Wednesdays, but they are working to get them on-line as quickly as possible (as we know there are several fans out there anxious to get them – and why not? One word – Buttercup!).

I have a good feeling that they will be. Disney has really been listening to their fans and collectors. When they stopped doing phone orders (I miss those days) and the out of towners voiced their concern that they wanted to buy online at DS.com, Disney delivered. They are listening and they are acting and trying to please us all. Vinylmation is still new to them and they are trying to find the perfect balance to please the masses.
